As I have ran the Penang Series of 21km x 4 series, I understand what 84km of it will be like. The issue of difficulty is climbing Bukit Bendera of 600+ metres at km80 where in total, it will be a 100km. What's even more scary is the time limit of 18 hours.
I am currently thinking, to just walk it through, but are my legs even ready to walk 100km? A lot of training has to be done prior to the race. This will begin in May, but I must reach a weekly mileage of at least 55km first.
